Tower Hamlets Law Centre’s Employment Tribunal Duty scheme offers free help and representation with case management at Preliminary Hearings. This includes completing the Agenda and helping the Claimant to appropriately shape their claim in the List of Issues as well as representing the Claimant at the Preliminary Hearing itself.
