LawWorks have made a submission to the Westminster Commission Inquiry into the Sustainability of Legal Aid.
The inquiry was set up by the All Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) on Legal Aid, which is supported by the Legal Aid Practitioners Group (LAPG).
As well as evidence sessions and written submissions, the inquiry process has also included a sector wide workforce survey. Full transcripts and recordings of evidence sessions are available on the APPG Website.
