Hosted by LawWorks Head of Learning and Practice, Richard Pikthely and delivered by Professor Stephen Mayson of University College London (UCL) and Chris Handford, Head of Legal at the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) the webinar will cover the following:
- The Legal Service Act 2007 – 10 years on: the policy behind the Act, its successes and shortcomings, as well as an overview of the market place for legal services
- The regulation of solicitors by the SRA: pro bono for lawyers in private practice and in-house, including future reform.
