What does the webinar cover?
This webinar looks at developments and changes to legal aid following recent judicial reviews, policy developments and issues coming out of the Government’s review of the LASPO. The webinar covers scope changes, updates on who qualifies for legal aid, current issues in legal aid provision (e.g. geographical coverage) and the LASPO post-implementation review.
