LawWorks have responded to a recent BEIS consultation on establishing a single enforcement body for employment rights.
Following the Taylor Review of modern employment practices, the Department for Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) have been consulting on a number of significant reforms to employment rights as part of the Government's "Good Work" plan.
Building on our submissions to previous employment rights consultations, we have submitted a response to BEIS latest consultation on proposals for a single enforcement body. Overall we are supportive of the proposals, and stress the link between access to justice and effective enforcement.
