BBC Radio 4 Charity Appeal
We were pleased to be chosen as a BBC Radio 4 Appeal Charity and honoured to have award winning presenter, comedy writer and former barrister Clive Anderson present the Appeal which was first broadcast on January 22nd 2017.
During the Appeal, listeners heard the story of Trish, a 59 year old grandmother who has been caring for Billy, her 18 year old grandson who is disabled blind and has epilepsy, since he was 3 and the difficulty she had navigating the system when she needed help. The situation improved when she met Nicole, a volunteer city lawyer from Clyde & Co, who had been trained by LawWorks to advise people in Trish’s situation..

Virgin Money London Marathon
LawWorks is delighted that Alex Kolev, a trainee solicitor from Kirkland & Ellis will be running and raising funds for us and the London Legal Support Trust (LLST) at this year's London Marathon!
Taking place on Sunday 23rd April 2017, the Virgin Money London Marathon is one of the biggest events in the fundraising calendar with over 35,000 runners enjoying spectacular London views whilst making their way around the 26.2 mile course and raising funds for fantastic charitable causes.

London Legal Walk
LawWorks will again be taking part and supporting this year’s London Legal Walk on Monday 22nd May 2017. The 10km walk is supported by a host of law firms, chambers, members of the judiciary, and representatives from the legal advice sector – over 10 thousand people walked last year.

Swim Serpentine
Swim Serpentine is a one-day open water swimming festival taking place in Hyde Park on 16th September 2017.
