Summary of Service
The clinic is a collaboration between Community Law Service, Citizens Advice West Northamptonshire and Cherwell and Northampton Community Foundation.
Eligibility requirements:
- Clients can apply directly by emailing the clinic (as above). We also accept referrals from other agencies.
- Clients must be residing in Northamptonshire.
- If there are deadlines or hearings, these must be at least one month away.
- We ask clients to consider if other assistance might be available, such as legal aid or privately funded legal advice.
What to expect:
- Your advice would be limited to a 30-minute appointment with a volunteer solicitor.
- We cannot guarantee assistance as we rely on volunteers.
