Summary of Service
The Social Welfare Benefits Form-Filling clinic assists with completing applications for Personal Independence Payment (PIP) and Work Capability Questionnaires for Universal Credit. The clinic also assists with Mandatory Reconsideration requests for PIP and UC where initial applications have been rejected.
If you have received a refusal of PIP following the submission of a Mandatory Reconsideration notice, please contact us. We are able to review appeal cases and can potentially assist clients in taking their PIP claim to the First-tier Tribunal.
If you are unsure whether we can advise you, please contact us and a member of our team will have a
discussion with you to determine whether we can assist you.
