Summary of Service
Specially trained law students help people who have been affected by the Windrush scandal. The students can help people to decide whether or not to make a claim to the Compensation Fund. They can also help people to work out which categories of loss they have suffered, and what evidence they can produce to support their claim. The work is supervised by a qualified solicitor.
