Summary of Service
The Legal Advice Clinic operates on a term-time only basis and can provide advice to clients on a number of different areas of law with the exception of criminal matters, immigration, and debt. The clinic will only take on cases where the client is classed as 'low income'. The clinic can only provide an advice-only service; we cannot offer representation in court. Currently, we are only offering appointments in person at our clinic at the University of Huddersfield. Online appointments will only be considered in exceptional circumstances.
