Summary of Service
Our Exceptional Case Funding (ECF) Project provides assistance with preparing an application for ECF including assessing the merits and eligibility of the case, completing the required forms and preparing a statement of case as well as the supporting documents. Our team will then submit the application to the Legal Aid Agency and, if it is successful, we will refer the clients to a Legal Aid firm.
