Summary of Service
By far our biggest Pro-Bono project which deals with Disability Benefit appeals to the First-tier tribunal. We provide assistance with the very first stages of the appeal process, from the Mandatory Reconsideration stage to the Tribunal hearing stage. We provide representation at the First-Tier Tribunal and advice and assistance with Upper-Tribunal appeals if the case has merits.
