The University of Greenwich, Legal Advice Centre provides an advice-only service during university term time. The service opens Monday to Thursday 9-5pm and is closed for lunch between 1-2pm. To access the service clients must call in advance to provide details of their case. If it is suitable an appointment will be booked either in the daytime or during one of our evening advice sessions between 5-8pm. The service is delivered strictly on an appointment only basis. We also provide referrals on other areas of law. The service is manned by trained law students and qualified volunteer lawyers and the Director of the service is a solicitor.

Stockwell St Legal Advice Centre is accessible to disabled people and there are two disabled parking bays in front of the office opposite the Hotel Ibis. An interpreter can be arranged on request.

Summary of Service
Clients will receive verbal advice at the interview followed by an advice letter. Please note the Centre does not undertake casework or representation. To access the service call 020 331 9947 during office hours. A 24 hour answerphone is in operation. Clients can also email details of their case to: [email protected] Personal Independence Payment is a form filling service for clients transferring from Disability Living Allowance.
