New Clients: To get an appointment, drop in: Monday to Friday: 10:00am - 4:00pm, closed between 1:00pm - 2:00pm (for lunch) for Initial Assessment. Returning Clients: All returning clients should contact the service by email (or by telephone if unable to use email), to be assessed whether or not FLAC can assist you further.

Summary of Service

Toynbee Hall offer free confidential legal advice from qualified legal advisers through FLAC. The service runs 3 evenings per week in addition to a weekend women only service: Monday: Employment rights and Immigration law to OISC Level 1 only. Wednesday: General advice, Family law, Civil litigation, Minor crime and Civil liberties. Thursday: Housing law, Consumer rights and Debt advice. Saturday - Women Only Service: General advice and in particular domestic violence and consequential Housing / Family law issues. Please note: All legal advice sessions are by appointment only.
