Temple Legal Centre (TLC) is an exclusively family law service based in Liverpool and London. TLC provides persons involved in family matters and proceedings, particularly those on a low income and unable to secure public funding or due to undergo means testing, with free, independent, impartial and confidential legal advice. TLC aim to enable family clients to either be taken on as pro bono clients, be provided with sufficient advice or assisted self-help to continue as litigants in person, and, for help beyond the remit of TLC, to signpost or refer to further help, such as to solicitors or barristers under direct access.
