Summary of Service
The advice line provides a safe space for women to talk about their situation and receive expert legal advice to enable them to make important decisions about their future.
The service provides advise to women on family law for those who have been affected by domestic violence and/or sexual violence on:
Domestic violence and abuse.
Divorce, finances and property on relationship breakdown.
Cohabitation, finances and property on relationship breakdown.
Parental responsibility and arrangements for children.
Lesbian parenting.
