Priority is given to clients in the areas of Greater London and Bedfordshire. However, we might be able to provide assistance online to clients living in other areas of England and Wales as well.
Summary of Service
We offer assistance with refugee family reunion applications. If you have obtained refugee status or humanitarian protection and would like to bring your family to the UK, please contact us requesting a referral form. Once we receive your complete referral form, we will provide an assessment of whether and how we can assist and arrange an initial appointment.
We provide legal assistance for free and will help you gather your evidence, fill the application forms, and support and represent you throughout all the steps of the application.
Please note we can only assist refugees and beneficiaries of humanitarian protection.
If you have applied for asylum but have not received a decision on your case yet, we are unable to assist. Please do contact us once you receive a positive decision on your case.
