Summary of Service
The Queen Mary Legal Advice Centre is committed to offering a Social Welfare Benefits Clinic for both Employment Support Allowance (ESA) and Personal Independence Payment (PIP). We are able to assist with Universal Credit, if you are applying for extra provisions on the basis of childcare or disability.
We are able to assist with both initial form filling and work capability assessment forms; and also Mandatory Reconsideration appeals.
If you have received a rejection following the submission of a Mandatory Reconsideration notice, email us at legal-advice-centre@qmul.ac.uk. At the QMLAC we are able to review appeal cases and potentially assist clients in taking their claim to tribunal.
