Summary of Service
The clinic can assist with resolving your legal query by facilitating a 20-minute meeting with a volunteer lawyer, either in-person or over Zoom. As part of our students’ clinical legal education, two students will be present at the meeting to make a record of the advice provided. A copy of these notes can be provided, upon request.
MFLH provides initial, one-off advice, to assist you to take your legal matter forwards.
We are not able to provide representation in any court or tribunal or to contact an opponent on your behalf.
