The Justice Clinic at De Montfort University operates as part of the Law Lab Enterprise and provides a supervised legal advice service that partners with practicing lawyers to deliver free, high-quality support to those who cannot afford representation. Through this collaborative model, law students gain hands-on experience under the guidance of qualified professionals, while external lawyers contribute expertise through supervision, specialist clinics, and mentoring. Together, we provide practical legal assistance, community outreach, and a referral network for complex cases - bridging the gap between academia and practice to promote access to justice.
