Appointments take place on Tuesday morning and afternoon (housing), Wednesday afternoon (intellectual property), Wednesday evening (family), Thursday morning and afternoon (family) and Thursday evening (employment clinic).
This is an appointment only service, and most of our appointments take place remotely via Microsoft Teams. For family and housing appointments, there is the option for face to face appointments where appropriate.

Summary of Service
Students under the supervision of qualified lawyers will interview clients, research the issues and send a written letter of advice normally within 2 weeks of the appointment.
Family: divorce and civil partnership dissolution, financial disputes, cohabitation issues, child arrangements, domestic abuse protections and Special Guardianship Orders. Please note, we cannot advise on the merits or otherwise of signing drafted pre-nuptial agreements or consent orders. We also do not usually advise on care proceedings or in urgent/emergency situations.
Employment: legal advice to employees and former employees.
Housing: tenancy deposits, end of tenancy disputes and disrepair. We cannot advise landlords or homeowners.
Intellectual property: protecting works of art or music, copyright, registering a trademark, and how to protect a new design.
