Summary of Service

We give initial advice to people who are not eligible for public funding for divorce proceedings. We are able to advise both Petitioners and Respondents and draft petitions, manage the divorce process and also assist Respondent's with acknowledgements of service. We do not assist with children or financial proceedings.
