Summary of Service

The BPP Legal Advice Clinic (Leeds) provides an initial advice only service on consumer law matters. At your appointment, you will meet (either remotely, or in person) two student advisers. Following this meeting, your appointed advisers will research the particulars of your case, supervised by qualified legal professionals, and provide you with a letter of advice, usually within 14 days of the appointment. The clinic can provide some further assistance subject to resources and expertise. Please email legalhelp@my.bpp.com or call 03300 603444 and provide a name, contact telephone number, brief description of your issue and your location. A student assistant will contact you via telephone to take further information about your case. If your case is suitable, you will be offered an appointment either online, or in person at a BPP centre.
