Summary of Service
We operate a duty-scheme at the First-tier Tribunal (Asylum Support).
We provide free, legal representation and advice to asylum-seekers and refused asylum-seekers appealing to the Asylum Support Tribunal against a decision by the Home Office to refuse or discontinue their housing or financial support.
