Summary of Service

The ULA Care Worker Justice Project provides free legal advice and support to care workers experiencing workplace exploitation, employment disputes, and sponsorship-related issues. We assist with matters including unpaid wages, unlawful deductions, employer insolvency claims, and access to payments through the Insolvency Service. The project was established to address the growing challenges faced by migrant care workers and others working within the care sector. The service will initially focus on supporting individuals and organisations within the East Midlands
