Summary of Service
The Black Justice Project offers free preliminary advice to members of the Black community in circumstances where they:
1) have a potential civil action against the police;
2) have faced employment discrimination and/or who have potential claims under the Equality Act;
3) or are part of the Windrush generation and want to apply for financial compensation through the Windrush Compensation Scheme.
