Summary of Service
The clinic is for those who need free, independent and confidential legal advice. It is not for clients who are able to use their own means to pay for legal advice. After referral to the clinic, law students and a generalist adviser will assist you with advice and next steps. If an appointment is required, a brief will be drawn for the legal adviser and documents gathered from you. We may offer you a free 30 minute appointment to help you with the next step in your case. The appointment is intended only to provide initial guidance, clarify your legal position or provide you with the next steps. Our generalist advisers may then be able to help you with these next steps. We do not offer representation or casework but may be able to refer you to those who can.
When you contact us please give us - your name, date of birth, address and contact details. When you contact us, you consent for us to record and use information you provide.
