Summary of Service
Clients usually come to the clinic through our core Citizens Advice service. After referral to the clinic, Law students and a generalist adviser will assist the client with steps prior to the appointment. This may be written advice. If an appointment is required, a brief will be drawn for the solicitor and documents gathered. We offer clients free 30 minute appointments to help them with the next step in their case. Our generalist advisers can then help them with the next steps.
