Summary of Service

Summary of Service Prior to your legal advice session our trained student advisers will take details of your case to enable us to decide whether we are able to help you. Please note that you will not receive advice at this point. This information is then shared with the volunteer lawyer and Director of the Centre who is an experienced solicitor, who decides whether you can be offered an appointment. A group of students will be present during your appointment who work under the supervision of our qualified lawyers. This ensures that we are able to provide a written confirmation of the advice you received. We are unable to consider large quantities of documents or provide ongoing casework support. We also provide links to appropriate referral agencies, so that you can take the steps necessary to resolve your case.
