Well-being as a volunteer: toolkit for resilience

This session aims to help you improve productivity, manage stress and build resilience.

Providing legal advice to those who are often the most vulnerable in society is both a rewarding and worthwhile experience, but it can at times be emotionally challenging. To best take care of others, we need also to take care of ourselves.

This session, delivered by specialists well-being practioneers from the UK charity Penny Brohn, and based on their Bristol Whole Life Approach, aims to help you improve productivity, manage stress and build resilience.
