Domestic abuse and case law update

The session will cover:

• The implications, impact and application of the Domestic Abuse Act 2021
• A summary of relevant case law related to domestic abuse in private law cases since Re H-N and Others
• Advice on approaching and tackling cases involving a domestic abuse element
