Debt law

Delivered by Roni Marsh, a debt adviser with 20 years of experience of advising and training on debt and benefits. This session will provide an introduction to debt law as well as an update on the temporary changes brought in during Covid-19.

This session will cover:

• An overview of debt law and practice
• Debt management options during Covid-19, including Financial Conduct Authority guidance
• Advising in a clinic setting, including cases which require specialist advice, such as regulated debt advice
