The Clinical Legal Education Handbook

The Clinical Legal Education Handbook is intended to act as a good practice guide and practical resources for those engaged in the design and delivery of clinical legal education programmes at University law schools.

The Handbook will be useful to anyone involved in running law clinics as a practical guide to establishing and running their programmes and student law clinics. It sets out guidance on both the pedagogical and regulatory considerations involved in the delivery of clinics programmes, as well as covering information about assessment in clinics, research on clinic legal education, and shares access to precedent documents and resources.

The Handbook is primarily aimed at clinics in England and Wales, but is likely to have content that is of interest to clinics in other jurisdictions.

Edited by Linden Thomas, Nick Johnson you can download a free copy from the University of London Press Humanities Digital Library. LawWorks contributed two chapters to the Handbook.
