Summary of Service
The University of Westminster Student Law Clinic provides free legal advice and assistance to the public and learning opportunities for law students at Westminster Law School. All services are supervised by a practising solicitor or barrister. Employment law advice is available on for example, disputes relating to dismissal, procedures at work, discrimination. Housing law advice is available on non-urgent housing matters for example, return of deposits, disrepair and service charge disputes. Land law advice is available on for example, adverse possession, easements and ownership of property following a relationship breakdown.
