Summary of Service
Do you have a non-urgent legal problem on which you would like written advice?
Throughout the year, our students offer FREE preliminary legal advice. All advice is given in writing after an interview and under the strict supervision of a solicitor. Interviews are by prior appointment only, after an initial telephone assessment of your case.
Our students may be able to help tenants with housing, such as preparing for Leasehold Valuation Tribunals, return of deposits, entitlement to welfare benefits and preparing for a welfare benefits appeal, immigration bail applications and a range of employment matters.
