Summary of Service
Our evening advice clinics can be very busy. We cannot guarantee that everybody will be able to see an adviser. We recommend that you arrive early to avoid disappointment. Evening clinics are organised on a ‘first-come, first-served’ basis, offering initial, one-off advice given by volunteer lawyers. Your volunteer adviser may be able to advise you on how to resolve your issue during the interview itself; or afterwards (if they decide they need to do some follow-up work). Volunteer advisers cannot represent you or take on your case. Please telephone the centre after 3pm on the day of the clinic you wish to attend to make sure that the area of law you need advice on will be covered at the clinic.
