Hertfordshire Law Clinic (Powers of Attorney)

Hertfordshire Law Clinic provides a Power of Attorney preparation service. When you contact the clinic you will speak to a student caseworker over the telephone to take the details of your case and our supervising solicitors will assess whether we are able to help. If the clinic is able to help you, you will be contacted to arrange an appointment. At your appointment you will meet two student advisers. Following this meeting your appointed advisers will prepare a Power of Attorney, supervised by qualified legal professionals, and then send it to you within 14 days of the appointment.
