Summary of Service
Drop in family law advice service: Lawyers may be able to give general advice, in some cases assist in court, and assist with paperwork. In some lengthy or complex cases local barristers may also be able to undertake some pro bono work. Those involved in family proceedings, who are in need of legal advice, are not eligible for legal aid and cannot afford to pay, will be able to speak to qualified lawyers prior to their hearings. Based on the ground floor of the County Court at 2 Park Street, Cardiff, CF10 1ET, the clinic will run from 9.30 to 1.30 every Tuesday and Thursday. Lawyers from local legal firms will advise on a rota basis.
