The Birmingham Litigation Programme is a Legal Advice Centre run through the University of Law, Birmingham, which offers free legal advice and legal representation to members of the public, by University of Law student advisors working under the supervision of qualified solicitors and/or barristers in the areas of: Landlord and Tenant, Welfare Benefits, Family and Employment law (but excluding discrimination cases). The Legal Advice Centre is only open during term time and a decision on whether the Centre can help you will be based on the nature and complexity of your case, the urgency of the case and the available resources.
