Where: Norfolk Community Law Service (NCLS), which has recently changed its name from Norwich and District Legal Services, is a registered charity and limited liability company based in Norwich dedicated to increasing access to justice. Its remit is to identify unmet legal need in the County of Norfolk (UK) and to attempt to provide free, independent services to meet those needs.
Norfolk Community Law Service offers free legal advice every Tuesday and Friday between 12.00 noon and 2.00 pm at the above address. The service is provided by local solicitors who attend on a rota basis.
At each session there is :
- a solicitor offering general advice and ;
- a solicitor offering either matrimonial or employment advice.
Please ring us beforehand to check which will be available. Because of the "drop in" facility, all interviews will be restricted to 15 minutes of advice
Please note that the advisors on the rota give their services free of charge. There will be occasions when the specialist adviser will be unable to attend due to an emergency in his or her own practice. In those circumstances we will try to find another adviser to cover that topic, but this cannot be guaranteed.
