Student Law has a 24/7 telephone helpline and also receives queries via email for advice on housing. Queries are acknowleged and vetted by a qualified solicitor before being passed to a member of the Student Law team. Should callers wish to discuss their query in person then the Slee Blackwell offices in Exeter are open on weekdays between 9 to 5. Student-Law offers an additional service by way of an Online Skype Clinic.  This service is by appointment only on Wednesdays between 3pm-5pm.

Drop in clinics are arranged on the University campus throughout the accademic year and are advertised on campus and on the Student law website.
