Council Tax Help Desk and Mckenzie Friend Service
Tuesday afternoons [for all those on the Harrow council tax list that afternoon]
The Brent Magistrates Court Council Tax Help Desk and Mckenzie Friend Service - a joint initiative from Z2K, the College of Law, and LawWorks – assists members of the public with council tax summons at Brent Magistrates Court.
This helpdesk service will provide individuals with all the essential information regarding their council tax summons and will offer orientation guidance to help individuals find their way about the court. The service also offers a Mckenzie friend to escort individuals to court, attend hearings and generally assist individuals with their summons. They will be able to assist with negotiating any outcomes or settlements with the Tax Officer if necessary.
